Overview

Multi-national organisation is seeking a Product Owner to drive the vision, delivery, and optimisation of core digital platforms.

This role centres on automating sales and portfolio management processes within a Salesforce environment. Strong exposure to AI technologies, including LLM driven automation, is essential.

You will operate within an Agile framework, partnering with business stakeholders, users, and engineering teams to deliver scalable, measurable solutions aligned to strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Contribute to and execute the Salesforce product vision, roadmap, and backlog

• Lead automation initiatives across customer acquisition, portfolio management, and sales service processes

• Own and prioritise the product backlog aligned to business goals

• Translate business requirements into structured user stories and acceptance criteria

• Collaborate with engineering, design, and operations to deliver high quality increments

• Lead Agile ceremonies including backlog refinement, sprint planning, and reviews

• Balance stakeholder expectations, technical constraints, and delivery timelines

• Track KPIs, user feedback, and data insights to guide product decisions

• Drive continuous improvement, change management, and user adoption

Required Experience

• Proven experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager

• Strong Agile delivery experience across Scrum or Kanban environments

• Experience working with AI technologies, ideally LLM based automation

• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

• Experience within CRM or enterprise business system environments

• Data driven decision making capability

Nice to Have

• Salesforce experience including Sales Cloud or Service Cloud

• Experience with system integrations or third party applications

• Exposure to B2B operating environments

• Consultancy or transformation programme experience

• Product or Agile certifications such as CSPO or SAFe
